My Boyfriend's mom was calling me by his ex's name in front of a group of people, what should I do?

Hi everyone. Over the weekend my boyfriend and I went to the shore with his parents. She was drinking and called me by his exs name in front of her friends. I let it go. But then she kept doing it. My boyfriend flipped out. I felt embarrassed because everyone was staring and they knew what was going on. Apparently the mom hated the ex and apologised. My boyfriend is still annoyed. Even her friend called me it and chuckled. I didn't even look at them and i decided to leave.

My boyfriend is upset and doesn't want me to be disrespected or for me to break up with him. The mom said she made a mistake but she might do it again but i wouldn't be to be hurtful its because she's older.

I personally am a little embarrassed and sad. I kept quiet and wrote it off.

How should i go about this?
