Why doesn’t he want to cuddle after sex in the morning?

Especially before work even though he has plenty of time to. He’d rather sit browsing his phone than cuddle. Is he trying to create emotional distance to break up?

People just have different preferences. I wouldn't ascribe any intent behind it. Have a conversation or just flat out tell him you would really appreciate/like it if he cuddled with you. Often times just pulling on my arm a bit is enough to get the message and I'll cuddle, and I hate cuddling because I end up overheating because all the women I date seem to secretly be human furnaces.

Newsfeed anxiety gets the best of him. You know you're not missing anything. He's fretting about what he's missing. That, and he possibly takes you for granted. Simply knowing he has somewhere else to be is going to have that effect. Best to only have sex at days and times when you know neither party has anywhere else to be.

I know you can think for yourself, this is just a personal choice I make, to avoid situations where somebody comes back to me later and accuses me of lying or misrepresenting things. If I were doing what he's doing, it wouldn't mean anything about how I feel about my partner. I personally love cuddling, but if I stopped cuddling for a few days, it wouldn't mean anything.
