Do you feel hurt when someone calls you fat, ugly, skinny?

Words hurt more than physical.. they stay forever in your mind! A guy told me I’m one ugly girl and to this day, I don’t believe anyone saying I’m pretty coz of that. My aunts would tell me to stop eating coz I’m fat enough.

A close friend or family member can inflict more hurt than a stranger.

This is so true. I've been hurt by people I know calling me skinny and need to eat more but one day I met this stranger and she actually liked the way I look and also told me people will say things to you because they're jealous.

ohhh yeah they can hurt definitely. but nowadays i've built enough confidence to where most anything anyone throws at me just bounces right off me. i am not deterred
