Are these nightmares about my ex boyfriend normal?

Even though I'm already in a healthy relationship for 9 months, on 2-3 different occasions my ex boyfriend appeared as nightmares.

1st dream: He was laughing at me and saying ''I'll never marry you. No men will ever marry you, you'll always be just a girlfriend.'' Then he's smiling.

2nd dream: He gave my money back and left. Then I realized it was fake money. Then he shows up on a big scream and has an evil laugter.

3rd last dream: He's one again saying the same words ''You'll never find anyone better, never, never, never'' and is laughing.

I've blocked him but he still haunted me even in dreams. Is this normal?

These aren't the real words he said but in my dreams he said that. In my dream, I was humiliated, manipulated and scammed once again, over and over and his evil laughter.

I'm not scared of him. I was furious and hurt that I've been used by an evil narcissist-sociopath. Before dating again, I had to be in a couple of sessions with a psychologist. The mental damage was a lot. In my dreams, I wanted him to shut up and disappear and he wouldn't stop laughing.

He really hurt you. The dreams are your brain’s way of dealing with that. So yeah that’s totally normal.
