Hi guys, it's me again (lol)! You may remember me from the previous 2 posts that I wrote about my friends with benefits first wanting to drop the benefits part of our relationship to take care of me better, and my second question on how I should approach him despite him still being in contact/together with his ex. This past weekend we went on a "date" (I don't know if it is one but we went out to eat just 2 of us) and he has told me he liked me many times in the past, even "I love you" several times. However he hasn't said it in a long time so I asked, "do you still like me ya think?". He looked at me and said, I like you, as a FRIEND. He then got touchy and intimate with me when we got back to his place. I mean I get it, we're FRIENDS with benefits but I feel like if he only liked me as a friend he wouldn't be sleeping with me either... he also has a "girlfriend" (high school sweetheart of 2 years I believe) in Canada but he is technicallyyyy cheating on her. I know he's a douche, but should I just move on at this point? I feel like the answer is yes but I'm too deep in love with him at this point. I feel like we have the potential to be more and he even admitted if his girlfriend in Canada weren't in the picture he would've dated me/asked me out already. I'm also afraid to confront him... should I keep trying/play the waiting game? Perhaps play hard to get? Ignore him and see if he notices? Or perhaps just cut him off? Haha I know this may be a stupid question but I tend to fall in love easily and my heart just yearns for him... any advice would be appreciated, thank you~! :-)
Superb Opinion
The girlfriend in Canada according to me is jus made up. He wants to make sure you're completely into him then only will he tell her. If he was so in love with her why would he cheat on her and tell you if she wasn't there i would have dated you?
