It's over for good right and I messed up badly?

We had a bad argument last week. That bad argument caused his glasses to slip off his face, they broke and they were expensive. It's very obvious what happened. I'm 100% at fault.

He broke if off, said we have 0% of getting back together and to get help. We've agreed that I would deposit the money for new glasses early this week. He's coming to pick up the money and then wants me to not ever contact him again.

I know this could've easily gone to court if he wanted to (he said this himself) and I would've lost my scholarship. He didn't want to go down that route. He just wants me to pay for his broken glasses, nothing more, nothing less and then will block me.

I'm devastated to be honest. 3 years and it's all over for good. So there is nothing I can do right? Absolutely nothing?

The only text message he sent me today was to confirm about the date of the deposit, nothing else.

It was a hard slap. Definitely 100% my fault. I had no rights doing that, unexcusable what I did.
