I am seeking a girlfriend at 26 years old. What should I do?

I've been trying to find that special someone.

Long story short: I'm a 26 year old male looking for a long term relationship before.

Two Main Issues: I work 3 jobs. (At least 60 to 75 hours a week.) I choose to work three jobs to save for retirement and to invest (401 ks, IRAs, mutual funds, real estate, etc.) and I want to pay for my Master's Degree. ( I'm saving to buy a house by 34.) I'm not rich at all... but I make enough (6 figures) to live comfortably and happy. I'm not cheap either, and I dont have any debt. I like having some extra cash to pay for dates as well.

The other issue is that I still live with my parents and my two siblings. (So Im always going to her place or going put somewhere.) Again, I could move out, I'm financially capable, but I stay with my parents to help out with the bills since one of parents became ill and had to stop working.

I've met so many great woman. Many are hard workers, fun to be around, beautiful, spiritual, have goals, and really want relationships. But, everyone I meet doesn't want anything long-term because I work all the time and I live with my parents to look after the household.

And I totally understand that Im not always available to do things (i can't just take weekend trips or be caked up with someone all the time,) but I earnestly try to communicate effectively to let them know what I'm doing so we can make plans for dates, etc. But... it never works out even after I explain my situation.

And everytime I've asked someone "What did I do wrong, or why it didn't work out?" The answer has always been... I dont have my own place and I work too many jobs. (We dont spend enough time together.)

What can I do? Do I just need to wait until Im ready to move out into my own house? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
