Is he willing to learn effective communication skills, or is talking good enough for him? Is he more interested in hearing and understanding you or being heard and understood by others? Does he respect differences in others or feel threatened by differences in others? Does he seek input from you to make decisions as a team, or does he make unilateral decisions? Does he understand that intimacy is more than just sex? Does he live beyond his means? Does he tend to have unrealistic expectations? Does he show a balance between responsibility and playfulness?
