My boyfriend has feet that smells like rotten animal and he doesn’t have the urge to immediately shower? Is it really mean to talk to him about it?

His feet is the most stinky that I had ever encounter. If he goes to play sports they are absolutely the worst. It smells like rotten food or a rotten dead animal. It lingers wherever he steps on. If he walks into the bathroom the whole bathroom would stink. If he walks to bedroom, the whole bedroom would also stink. The swear on his feet gets onto the floor and it just stinks up the whole place. I would have to use products to clean the floor. He had been stepping into the living room rug and I ended up have to throw it out and buy a new one. The smell does not go away. All his shoes, especially his running shoes smells like death city.

He used to simply just sit in the living room and chill even when he smell so bad. I immediately would leave the room and go elsewhere. He realized how bad it was because I literally immediately stay away from him. But still, he would walk to the bedroom and stand there to chat…and stink up the whole room.

He needs to walk straight to shower. To be honest, even after shower his feet still smell a bit.

The worst is he likes to touch feet which at this point it is disgusting regardless. All I know is his feet is constantly sweaty and has a foul smell.

Is it really mean to tell him his feet smells really awful and he has to washroom right away when he gets home?
