So my boyfriend invited me over to a family function and I met his sister for the first time. His sister and I had a conversation and she mentioned to me how her brother (my boyfriend) always told her since 10 years ago that he doesn’t want to get married and I told her that he told me otherwise. He brother told me that he wants to marry me one day and that he told me he never really saw himself getting married in his past but now he does. His sister also told me that if he didn’t want to get married 10 years ago, why would he change his mind now?
I didn’t bring this convo up to my boyfriend because I believe my boyfriend. What do you guys think?

He’s the first guy that literally treat me like a princess. His communication is great. He always tells me how he sees me as his wife and that he feels we will get married sooner that ever. I see this long term he knows my family and they love him. His family, especially his mom likes me too

How old is he cause this plays a part, 10 years ago is a long time for example if he is 28 that would mean that it was his mentality when he was 18 years old, which if he was sleeping around or whatever, why would he think of marriage, not even, no 18 year old thinks of marriage for a while and if a guy is gonna have the mentality of not wanting to ever get married, a long time ago or very young would make the most sense, I didn't want marriage, I didn't want to marry at 18 either and never planned on it and now I want a wife, as people age, so do their thoughts, and in 10 years, there's a lot of room for change.
My boyfriend is now 28 and he was in a 10 year relationship with a girl and they broke up last year. He told me he never really saw marriage with her he wasn’t too happy in the relationship
That complicates things indeed, have you seen any signs of him carrying you on?
