A girl I was in a situationship with will attend a company party which I have also been invited to by 3 people but I am very reluctant to go knowing that it is going to affect me.
I'd go, if nothing else to prove she doesn't still have a hold on you (even though she does).
Go. Have fun, and mingle! Wear something extra nice that makes you feel handsome and attractive- not for her, but to boost your self esteem and confidence.
If you happen to run into her, say hi and KEEP GOING. Don't let her presence affect your mood or good time.
Look, avoiding her and social scenes won't make you forget her. All you can do is keep going with your life, and eventually with time, you do move on.

Personally, I would go. Present yourself as best as you can, and talk to her, now I've never had problems with this, but if you do, some advice would be that talking to girls is pretty much the same as other guys, you just have to talk about other stuff, like your lives. Oh, also, make sure to do more listening, because people like to be paid attention to. Now, if you feel like it will break you, just remember that you can do this. Lastly, if possible, get her drunk. It is a good setup for almost anything, you could offer to drive her home, and perhaps take things from there. Anyways, you have my full support, and good luck!
If you can, try to go. And avoid “situationships” if you get attached to the girls. Insist on a “relationship.”
You must!!! Don’t let her stop you. You owe it to yourself to not let a past person stop you from having fun 😊

Ask yourself this question. Would you go if you knew that she would not be there? That is your answer.
I mean if you have the intention to talk to her go for it.
Go there anyways and find a new girl while your at it
Yes, you should go. It is unlikely she will even notice you anyway.
bro fuck it she isn’t the only one at the party just avoid and enjoy
Oh no. It was a work relationship? Nah, you gotta just go to the party.
Just go and completely ignore her, it will drive her nuts!
I'd say don't go. Out of sight, out of mind.
Sorry, you need to get over it.
Reluctance? Don't go.
