For clarification, is the onlyfans as himself only, or is it as you as a couple?

If it is as himself, I can understand that it can be quite terrifying knowing that women (and some men) may be throwing themselves at him, if he is successful and can accumulate a big enough following. Also, there is an expectation of flirting when it comes to onlyfans, while not everyone does and I'm not sure how much the men in only fans are expected to, it can cause issues within your relationship. Just remember this, he chose to be with you and he respects you enough to have asked you to allow him to create an onlyfans, instead of just doing it regardless. If you do decide to allow him to begin an onlyfans, make sure you have very open, clear and continuous communication, which may or may not include going through his personal messages with him.

If the onlyfans is set up as a couples account, this presents it's own challenges. For starters, you would not only need to be comfortable with showing yourself on camera, but also with the fact that there are going to be people commenting on your looks, the way you sound, your techniques, etc. which can be very demeaning and downright mean. Not only that, but your intimacy could become a chore after too long since it'll be part of a job and people will be demanding what they paid for, whether you're in the mood or not. All in all, it's a pretty large risk for a chance at some extra money.

With that said, your feelings are completely valid. No, no... simply no. This is a dealbreaker for me and if he's wanting to host an Onlyfans account then I suspect you've has some "issues" with him. There will have been red flags before this I would think. Time to get into self preservation mode and tell him NO or else you'll be cutting your losses with him and find a real man who'll be loyal to YOU and not let a fragile child like ego get in the way.
