Side note even when I disclose to people it still seems I can’t get accepted people who were supposed to be friends drift away. My ex girlfriend left me because autistic behaviors even though I disclosed at the start of the relationship

Why don't they (in general) have friends though? Ask yourself that question. Speaking as someone who, unfortunately, has a variant of the condition (Asperger's Syndrome) I can truthfully say that when I was younger my social skills, temper tantrums, and all-round bad behaviour, were SO bad that I'm surprised my parents didn't just dump me somewhere one day, somewhere far, far away from home, like an unwanted cat.

"Aspies" are obnoxious, rude, arrogant, and just unpleasant to be around. Sorry, but that's the truth, that's what I was for most of my life, but I made an effort to overcome, to defeat this handicap, and now I can actually engage in 'small talk' and look people in the eye.

Biology is NOT "destiny", as that old (and rather stupid) saying goes. With effort, persistence and determination, autism can be defeated.

No one deserves a lesser quality of life but I heard that people with autism have issues with being social and it reduces their quality of life which is so sad. But of course, they can recover with therapy.

@jahaims therapy can greatly reduce symptoms and treatment in early stages can even recover you. Kindly do your research.

@jahaims well, if you completely rely on therapy then it won't work. You need to show some optimism from your side too. My cousin was autistic since her toddler age. In initial stages of therapy she also has attitude like it won't work and stuff, just like you. But you know what actually recovered her from core? Her belief that she can heal. After a deep conversation with her parents (it was really difficult for her parents to initiate this though, because long and deep conversations were her literal nightmare) she finally opened up with the therapy and developed the belief that she'll recover. Now, her symptoms have decreased to a really great extent, although she has not recovered completely and still shows minor symptoms like being less responsive to smiles and scoldings and stuff and being a bit distant but it's a lot better. She's way more social now. I'm not sure if you are more different than her and that's the reason it's not working for you. To each their own, but based on this from my side, yes autism is treatable if that patient is willing to heal. Maybe you need a different approach for healing. I hope you understand now why I believe that it's treatable.
