I broke up with my fiancé. My mum offered to keep my ring. I wanted to keep it but she insisted. She said I never gave the ring to her today.
I did not back down I said I did give the ring to you. Yes I did.
Her response was that ring is not even mine it is my ex fiancé. I think what she said is wrong. She is the same one who says don’t give it back to him.
I want to say sorry for hurting her feelings. But I am not sorry for standing up for myself. I love my mum but I don’t agree with the whole situation. My Dad said I should not argue with my mum about an object. I am not materialistic but I felt that she was trying to take advantage.

Stand up to her and is this a single issue or do things go missing normally?
If she is getting memory issues then your dad will hopefully know
If she just sold it then you know this happens more!
Be strong you deserve to have your own things be given back! Where does she hide stuff?
Should have given it back to him.
He does not want it
She's sold it by the sounds of things
I think she was going to but. I did not back down.
If you don't have it back that's the line is continue to take
I got it back and now I am taking it with me. I apologised for upsetting. But I did not appreciate how she said I never gave it to her. That is so wrong
Okay
