What does a woman actually mean when she says “I want some space”?

My Ex fiancé and I broke up about 3 weeks ago. We were together for 2 years and living together for a little over a year. We got engaged after being together for a year. We were scheduled to get married one year after our engagement but due to my behavior, she post-poned our wedding date to land on just a couple days ago. Following the break up I Immediately left my job as she and I both worked at the same place, and I moved a couple hours back home. She broke up with me because I was a poor listener and had a terrible habit of not doing what I said I would do. She broke up with me, then a few days later after we talked on the phone, she said she wanted space to get over how hurt she is. And that once we both get counseling for our toxic issues that we both have, she would like to try again. It sounds…sketchy, to me. We talked more and more over the past couple weeks and everything seemed to be okay. No hostility, only good vibes between us. But A day ago was our original “would have been” wedding day. I didn’t contact her that day because I was pretty bummed about it. And she sends me a passive aggressive text saying “ Oh you didn’t text me, I guess you don’t miss me”. I tried to explain to her why I didn’t text her but she immediately got in her feelings and as per her M. O. shut me out and asked for space for a few days. I know this is probably just insecurity and anxiety, but do you think another guy might be involved or could she really just be upset that I didn’t text her on that specific day due to the significance. I’ve already made up my mind to give her space as I’ve learned there is no arguing with a woman. Adults don’t argue. They communicate like adults. I would appreciate any advice, Don’t particularly care if it hurts as long as it’s enlightening. Cheers.
