No, not even during arguments. I have slipped up once and said something hurtful to my boyfriend during a heated argument, I said it out of spite bcs I felt betrayed by him. Still, it wasn’t right. But usually, I’m careful not to say anything hurtful. Even when I do want to give criticism I do it in a nice and gently way so that it’s not hurtful.

There are so many people around me who are trying to show their superiority, they are all doing tongue sores, they will necessarily break your heart, they are all narcissists, so I don't talk much

Yeah just ignore those people. Some people like to put others down so they can feel better about themselves. The best way to deal with those people is to not react to their tactics tbh
