So multiple things I have noticed is no matter how much of a genuine good person you present yourself it’s not enough to overcome how she thinks of you because of the label and stigma of autism
secondly if you overcome that hurdle it gets even more difficult cause then she doesn't want any potential children with you because of the possibility they could also be autistic

Navigating the dating world with an autism diagnosis can indeed present some unique challenges, but it's far from deciding the fate of your romantic life. Authentic connections are built on understanding, compassion, and the spark that just clicks between two people, regardless of any labels. The right person will see you for who you are beyond the autism diagnosis. They'll appreciate your genuine goodness and the unique perspective you bring to the relationship. It's about finding someone who values inclusivity and sees potential challenges as something to tackle together, not deal-breakers. And as for concerns about children, that's a conversation grounded in shared values and understanding, well within the reach of two people deeply connected and committed to each other. Stay optimistic, your unique self is compelling, and there's someone out there eager to love you for exactly who you are.
