Am I overreacting if I'm being scared about the possibility of my boyfriend baby trapping me?

I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years. We've discussed about kids before and he knows I'm scared of the whole process of pregnancy (no people telling me stuff like "it's all worth it when u get to hold ur beautiful baby" doesn't help). He even told me at one point that if I'm scared in the future we'll not have kids. But recently he's developed this huge obsession of having kids with me ( and only me which is why I'm scared) and his reasons seem pretty shallow and illogical, such as he'd love children with a beautiful and traditionally feminine girl like me, or he'd love to see his kids have my genes, or that kids are a " symbol of our love" etc etc. He's said that he wants more than one kid and that he often dreams about us having twins!! He keeps on trying to get me to change my mind, even begs me to do so, has a goddamn birth plan ready and even jokes about having at least 10 kids, only with me and with no one else ( yes he doesn't wanna break up with me over it instead wants me to willingly give in). Because of all this I'm scared he's gonna baby trapping me. Am I overreacting?

Well you are wasting his time if he is wanting children and you don't. It works both ways. If either side wants marriage and children and the other doesn't than that is a serious discussion. If one side doesn't than that means a break up should happen.

A lot of girls in your age group don't want babies yet but do nearer to 30. You could say you want to see how you feel in 5 years..

He can't baby trap you with contraception but watch out if he makes herbal tea with St Johns Wort :) That'll see you knocked up.
