Who has more pride Men or Women?

Once upon a time it was given that men had far more “pride”. Present day, the lines are so blurred that anyone else’s guess is as good as any other’s I would say.

I really think it depends there is some prideful and humble people of both sexes but most people fall somewhere in the middle.

Men and women (on average there is exceptions) exhibit pride in different ways. Such as men may be more prideful of the work they did, money they made, etc. Whereas a woman may feel more pride over the man she picked, her kids, physical appearance, etc.

But obviously men and women can feel pride over any of those things.

I guess it depends on how you define pride. Men are supposed to be problem solvers and successful at everything they do. It's not just society that expects that it's nature. They're expected to be super human.

Women are expected to look good all the time and be neat and organized and in perfect clothing every day and perfectly groomed. That also comes from nature.

So I think they both have pride in the sense that they get offended if people don't admire them for these expectations that they are supposed to fulfill.

But overall I would say men have more pride in the sense that the word is usually used. They are expected to do everything and know everything and that means they can become more easily offended and agitated when challenged about just about anything.
