As an introvert person I'm not likely to interact with people and build a relationship as much as others. Is completence possible for those who live with solitude whether they choose it or not?

Yes, and they should be. A person must be happy with his or her self first. The longing for companionship is natural and good, of course. And yes, if someone is fortunate enough to have that kind of relationship, it might feel like their life has a greater degree of happiness, fulfillment, or completion. And in a way, if you'll forgive the expression, their life might make more sense.

And while not having that might make someone feel lonely or empty at times, it's not a good idea for them to see their lives as "incomplete" or to be in a persistent state of sadness over it.

And for what it's worth, I wouldn't get to wrapped up with the whole thing about being introverted. Being an introvert just means that different things excite you and that you have different energy levels. I'm mostly introverted myself, but I'm also very social and generally very confident. My wife is also introverted. Being an introvert doesn't put you at a disadvantage. You're just playing a different game.

The majority of men in history didn’t reproduce. Many of our ancestor’s uncles, brothers, and cousins died in battle or by other violent means even before they could even get the chance to reproduce and before chivalry-romance and dating were even thought up.

Many men like Isaac Newton and Nikola Tesla never reproduced or courted or dated yet our technological modernity is largely due to them.

I grew up on a cow farm in a full 4-season climate and I never saw a woman contribute to the labor and production of such enterprises in any meaningful hands-on manner. I’m sure there are some out there, I never saw it. I’m sure there are “incels” that fix power lines in ice storms as well.

Furthermore, many men throughout history and today seem happiest in seclusion. In the past it was in the form of fur trappers, explorers, and monks and nowadays with concepts such as mgtow, they dive into hobbies like weightlifting, drone operating-building, dirt bikes, and video games.

Before online dating and OF/camwhoring there was still strong disincentives for men marrying and having kids in the west (now its everywhere though) with unfair outdated obligations in marriage like alimony, misandrist family court, child support, false accusations of Domestic Violence, etc etc etc. It seems its a raw deal to be in a relationship now more than ever.

Its best for a guy to sit back, build wealth, develop his personality, belief systems, and get good at something before he looks to be hitched. We have time, just be patient, our value (in terms of mating/relationship value and arguably financial and social value as well) increases as we age. This isn’t true for women.

For the longest time, I did not want a partner because I thought my life would be simpler and less stressful without a husband or a family of my own. Now I am more interested in having a family because I realized their are social benefits to having a close knit group of people you share your life with and I am fortunate to have a very loving boyfriend who never gets angry.

Could certainly be more challenging as an introvert but it’s not like we are all one or the other is it? , it’s a spectrum , and we are all somewhere along it to varying degrees. I can say without a shadow of doubt that as I matured from a younger man I became more extroverted and now see myself more in the middle of that spectrum.


Ok your second point , people should probably be “complete” before they partner up ! Partners “can” and “should” in my opinion , add to a persons life , , compliment them not be what was missing.


Some people and especially the immature and inexperienced among us ( speaking from experience ) tend to have it a bit confused focusing their time on finding a partner when they really don’t know who they are ? . But I guess hormones are likely to blame for that ! 😜

Being complete on your own without a partner is a requirement to have a successful relationship.

you are not supposed to be half a person. Im strictly speaking emotionally and in character-wise. Don’t bring baggage into a relationship you’re actually very serious about, because what you didn't fix will spill over into your relationship and ruin it.

I know no one is perfect but if you are not ready, you are not ready. You don’t want to end up like the titanic in a relationship. Deal with you’re issues and stop putting it on your partner its not fair.

Completeness, as the idea that we would be incomplete until we are, looks like a mirage to me. From birth to now, I have ever been complete in my eyes. But that's abstract, near philosophical.

Yes, you can be complete without a partner. Many accomplished scientists, authors, musicians, etc. were single. Priests and nuns choose to go without partners.
