That's a tough one. There are tons. To choose one above everything else... I don't know.

The first thing that comes to mind is if they stop putting in effort into their appearance and physical fitness. But I'm unsure if I'd choose that over everything else. I feel like that's a big one for me though, as it would mean we have fundamentally different views.

Since I find archetypical fears much too fictional to be interesting, I'm looking at what were the actual "deal breakers" I know of, in my actual relationships, for my entire lifetime, not in chronological order:

- Deal breaker from their perspective, because:

• I didn't want kids
• I was too distant
• I wasn't ready for penetrative sex
• She was moving to another city
• I told her I loved her, after one month

- Deal breaker from my perspective, because:

• She was already with another guy, in another city
• My connection to her turned into companionship only
• She wanted kids a lot, me not
• She had a psychotic break, which became chronic later
