I told my girlfriend my debit card was only for food and her gas or a McDonald's something to treat her self. Not some overly expensive shit she went to the nail spa and got her hair bleach.

I can see now why a lot of my friends are in over 30 and single because woman only want you're money.

Unfortunately you ended up in a relationship with a user , and yes there are a lot of users out there. I found out my ex was a user , when I got laid off from my job and i ended up having a hard time landing another one , because the job market is complete garbage these days , but her true colors shined the second I started struggling to find another job , instead of being a loving supportive partner , she turned on me and started treating me like I was a pile of shit. Which made me realize she was only with me mainly for what I can provide for her , She is a selfish POS user person , that I pray no other guy falls for her shit. Not every girl or guy is a user though, I have met some girls’ that are independent that can provide for themselves , that know what the concept of money means , that don’t blow through it like it grows on trees. So if I was you , I would tell your girlfriend to get a job to pay for her shitty spending habits , but if she refuses to do so , then kick her ass to the curb where she belongs and go find yourself an independent girl that wants to work with you , not against you , find a girl that doesn’t expect you to provide everything for her. That wants to be a team with you so the both of you can have nice things together and have each others backs. When someone puts their hand out to you expecting you to provide for them constantly, they are a user and most users are whores

Essentially your girlfriend stole from you. If say you gave her money for groceries and spent that money on non edible jewelry that would be stealing. That it was done by a debit card makes no difference.

You don't say how much so we don't know how much a biggie it was. You do need to set boundaries with women. Maybe a good spanking will do it - make her work it off.
