When I was a teenager I didn’t know I was dumb. I was not doing well in school but I thought I was at least normally intelligent.

I must have had a vague belief that everything would just work out for my adult life that I’d have a “good” impressive job

Now I am almost or even twice the age I was then, and I am not able to go far in work or get a lucrative career. I can do things like stocking a shelf, cashiering and other things like that. But anything to do with math, goodbye. I can barely get through my taxes.

I was told one way for a low IQ woman to deal with making money is to marry a smart man.

Between your username and the context given in this post it sounds like you make being “dumb” your whole identity and I don’t think that would sound attractive to anyone other than guys with low self esteem, control issues or one that would try getting over on you and not expect you to ever notice. Especially when you admit to being so horribly poor with money, I could only imagine what would happen with joint expenses.

Well I earn well. Nice is on my mate selection criteria as #1 because it is an umbrella quality of more specific qualities such as being cooperative, regarding the husband as the first most part of her family, plus understand his need for sex with her.

About the only wanted quality that doesn't fit in the nice umbrella is calmness. Some girls are addicted to cortisol and want fights. Oh and add feminine into the mix.

OK you can't do maths - I can. What I want is not IQ points but interest in the world around her. A lot of people have the IQ points but not so much interest.

I have an hourly rate that will probably be 5 or more times hers. So if she will support me, I can work extra hours so it is a net gain for the household.

If you cater to a man's needs then it's not going to be something he cares about. That being said some man's needs is having someone smart enough to tolerate but I'd say that's not most men. And we can have a smart friend/s too to make up for that.
