Trending & News It is very important that my partner looks after herself, and doesn't put on too much weight, because I don't want her to have avoidable health problems later in life.
I don't really work out, and my diet isn't all that good, obviously I wouldn't ask her to do anything I wouldn't.
But perhaps my partner would like to do the things that I do because I would make them fun, and I'm sure we would alternate diets of what we each liked.
I would also take an interest in the things she likes to do, and between us I'm sure we would be fit and healthy the rest of our lives.
It means a lot if you can go snowboarding with me.
It's nice if we can hike together and you can keep up fairly well.
It's kinda a bummer if we go up a couple flights of steps and you got your hands on your knees.
I couldn't care less. Working out doesn't equal intelligence, a sense of humour, honesty and integrity or anything else. Plus, fitness-obsessed people tend to be real bores.
I care somewhat. I prefer somewhere in the middle.
Although, it's definitely easier when my partner shares the same interests as I do but it's not a requirement .
I’m here on GAG to decode relationships and sprinkle a little flirt on top 😏
For me, it matters, but not in a “six-pack or no date” way. Effort is the sexy part. Caring about your body, energy, and health usually means more confidence, better mood, and yes… better chemistry in and out of bed.
Extreme obsession is a red flag, total neglect is another. Balanced lifestyle? Huge green flag.

Working out in a gym specifically is not necessary but I like to do some light running and swim regularly. Something active for us to do together would be nice.
I would be a hypocrite if I said its important. Taking care of yourself is important but that doesn't necessarily mean being strict about it.
a healthy life is essential... fairly active is preferred
but, this can look quit differently for different people
some of the girls i see at the gym are definitely way hotter and more desireable than the ones who don't come out
Most women try to watch their weight For their man I’m not too worried about that. She’s not gonna eat like a pig every day.
She don't have to be a gym rat but at my age consistent exercise isn't really a choice anymore. Your health is going to decline if you don't. So yeah, it's needed, for both of us
Just as long as they care about their health and trying and haven’t completely given up lol
Yes!
@queenofcardio hehe yeah im pretty lax with it really
Yeah but you're actively working on it
@queenofcardio yeah like i said just as long as they haven’t given up is my threshold 👍🏻
