You’re not crazy for noticing it, but this alone isn’t a red flag. A lot of girls say “love you babe” and use flirty language platonically. The profile pic with them close is also super common.

It only becomes a problem if she hides things, gets defensive, or treats you worse than she treats her “bestie.” Calmly tell her what you noticed and how it makes you feel, without accusing. Her reaction will tell you way more than that photo ever will.
