He only sees me at night?

My boyfriend of a year and I have been doing GREAT lately. I hardly have a complaint to make about our relationship. But here's the thing. He works at night and gets off at midnight, so often he only sees me at night. He will stay the night but usually we don't do anything during the day together because I'm a full time college student and he's got errands to take care of too.

They say that if he only sees you at night it means the guy is using you, but I honestly don't think that is the case. Although I could be wrong. Am I?

We talk a lot during the day, idly. Online or texting to keep in touch. And sometimes we do spend the day together, but it isn't often.

He probably is trying his best, to balance working sleeping friends and his girlfriend. Its hard to do when you first get outta school/living with parents life, you neglect things you normally would because your head is trying to process so many things, things you need to do things you need to pay, people you need to see. If he is still living at home and working 25 hours then yea you are probably getting used, if he has his own place he's probably dealing with something rough, how long has it been this way? I have a girlfriend I love to death who would only come over 1-2x a week and we would only be physical then we would get diner and she would go home, its all I have time for throughout the week and we recognize that the physical part was important.

What about on the weekends? I would only argue that point if its strictly only at night for a long period of time. Unless he's a vampire, in which case, it makes sense because he'll need to be inside somewhere safe. Did he sparkle when you hung out during the day? I hear vampires sparkle now..
