Ok well me and my boyfriend have been going out for 10 months, I feel like when I'm upset he doesn't care. we were talking on the phone and he was talking about this one girl in his biology class and he was telling me how some guys were making fun of her and she started crying and he said he felt so bad for her and stuff but when I cry he doesn't act like he cares and he said it was just because they were making fun of her. even though his friends make fun of me all the time and he laughs with them and doesn't say anything. it just made me upset because when I'm crying he hangs up on me or walks away or just says "y are you crying" I hate that. I talked to him about it and he said he always cares when I'm upset but he doesnt, he walks away or acts like he doesn't notice that I'm crying. when he said he felt bad because that girl was crying I felt really upset and then I'm like and you payed attention to her and noticed her crying? what does that mean? he said that his friends never make fun of me but they always do, like at lunch if I sit by them they're like "whys that whore sitting here?" and they always call me a slut and a b**** and he says there just kidding. how is that just kidding when they call me and say it or text me. anyways I just feel like he doesn't care about me sometimes and talking to him about it doesn't do anything. when he said that he felt bad for that girl I felt like s***. what do I do to get him act like he cares about me?

OMG that's so degrading, his friends have no respect for you. No one should be treated that way, that's just wrong. If I were you, instead of crying and acting don't care, I will ask his friends, what is your problem? I don't like to be called a whore or a slut. Did I ever hurt you guys in any way or degrade you guys with such comments? I am not trying to make a big fuss out of it, but it's just disrespectful. If your boyfriend is laughing with them, there must be something wrong. It's either him talking about you to his friends or him just wanna fit in so he just laughed with them. I guess I will tell my boyfriend that it's disrespectful and you don't like that and if he can't respect you then you just can't be with him. I am sure you're not okay with his treatment, so you should stand up for yourself. If he says jk, then you tell him well your jokes are lame and I don't like it, it's not funny and it's not nice especially to let your loved ones to be treated that way and you don't even see anything wrong with it. I feel hurt, do you realize that?

if he still don't want to say sorry or change to respect you then... say this:

I guess, you need a lot of growing up to do. When you do realize how disrespectful it is and how it hurts me so deep, then talk to me.
