Why girls steal their boyfriend's clothing? love the natural body smell, is this normal?

For as long as I have been dating my boyfriend(one year and a half now) I have been practically in love with his smell .he lefts cothes at my home.and they got his smell all over them and I just LOVE smelling them, every time I do I feel like breathing in till my lungs explode. Has this got anything to do with science?I've heard of something to do with genes and attraction between the most compatible partners or something?I'm not sure what is so comforting about wearing my boyfriend's clothing. Maybe it is the sense of having him wrapped around me. I heard once that smell is the strongest sense linked to memory, so maybe it is because it smells like him?do you girls do it too?wear your boys clothes?how do you feel?and why?

There is actually science behind it. People are more attracted to the smell of someone who has a very different immune system from themselves. This is a very primal thing, meant to produce stronger offspring, but it is also really important in a relationship. The smell to memory connection doesn't hurt.

It's also pretty common for guys to steal their girlfriend's panties and smell them, LOL. Same reason.

I steal my boyfriends jumpers and cuddle them to sleep when he's not in my bed and im not in his. Helps me go off to sleep haha
