Questions: Relationships

Take for a example there is a person you have been hoping to match with at some point in life cause you think you would have great chemistry or connect so well... And they keep rejecting you over and over again. Then one day you feel like you have them where you have them, would you want to get them as a trophy or it's a genuine feeling?

Normally im not someone who belive in such things and i never thinking about it unless a few days. I meet a man who resemble me that its really really confusing. He has almost the same personnality as me, he even likes the same hobbies, he likes the same thing as me, he is afraid the same thing as me. I even feel a strange link between us, like we know each other and like i can talk without any limit. I know how he feel, he know how i feel, we cheer the other one, we respect each other. We feel so at ease when we talk that its strange. There is even really strange hasard, like your respectively mothers have the same first name, we did even the same studies.
So i know reading it like this seem stupid, like a teenager but did u ever feel something or meet someone like that? That so strange for me, its so confusing. And i dont think he is lying. Just so you know, i have already been in a relationship and it wasn't the same as what i feel now.
So here are my questions:
Did it happend to you too?
Did u go on a relationship with him/her? What happened?
