Questions: Relationships

I messaged a co-worker that I worked with two years ago. She’s pretty, so I thought I’d make conversation with her. The problem is that she read my message, but never responded back. Started off the conversation by asking where she took those amazing sunset pictures on her Instagram profile. I don’t understand why she didn’t respond. She’s not in a relationship or anything. Maybe, it’s an age thing because I’m 28 years old and she’s 19 years old. Thought girls like older guys, I’m confused. She follows me on Instagram and I follow her back, so we’ll see, if she continues to like my pictures. We’re friends on Facebook too.

For simplicity. By cheating I am specifically referring to:

Sex
Emotional cheating via phone texting

I never faced this dilemma but I think I would have proposed marriage and I would have wanted us to start our life together before baby arrived. If you have ever faced this decision, what did you do? If you have not ever faced this decision, what do you think you would do?

We used to be co-workers, until I quite to work somewhere else. Not because of her, but to have a better opportunity job wise. She’s was in a relationship during the time we were co-workers and a little after I quit. Learned that she’s single from social media. We are friends on Facebook and Instagram. The only problem is that I moved and live in a different state now.

She’s in her early years of college, so I’m not sure, if she’ll attend a university outside of California, once she’s graduated from the community college she attends. Should I even catch up and reach out to her. I do plan on moving back to California, but that won’t be for awhile. She’s only 19 years old, so she can think about her future and things can change.

What should I do in a situation like this?
