How should I go about liking someone on Instagram?

I started talking to a girl on Instagram that lives in the same state as me. To start the conversation off, I asked where she took a picture of the gnome in one of her post because I want to check out different Christmas places at the end of the year.

She responded by telling me the location and name of the place. I told her, Great, thanks! I’ll add that to my long list of places to visit. It’s not too far from me. Hope you don’t mind me following you. She read my message, but didn’t respond back. I’ll wait because she might be busy.

From what I can tell she’s a nurse. Being a nurse in this pandemic is hard and heartbreaking. Do you think I shouldn’t draw something for her, just to say keep up the good work and let her know I’m interested?
