I've been friends with benefits with this woman for the past 6 years. Sex between us was amazing and I think her future husband is the luckiest man in the world for marrying her.
I feel a bit sad with this situation, the main reason why we never been in a relationship with each other is because she lives in a different country, has a decent job and career, is very independent and earns a great amount of money while I still live at my parents house and don't have a career. I know that's not a problem to her but it's an issue for me to date such an independent woman while I'm still stuck even though I have a pretty good life and my family is pretty wealthy. I know that she liked me very much and I like her too but I felt like we were not in the same page when it comes to commitment. One year ago she met this guy she's getting married with and is very much in love with him. I feel like I've lost her forever. What should I do?

You said yourself that you guys are not on the same page and trust me when I say that she would not have fallen for someone else if she was that serious about you.
