What I learned from watching ads on YouTube - An idea I borrowed from some dream coaches - Spirituality issue

So previously all my MyTakes were ideas I came up with myself - I don't like to borrow other people's ideas

But this is not an idea I came up with on my own - this is an idea I got from youtube ads which I watched between dozens to hundreds of time

There is a concept called life book - The idea is you have to figure out how to be the captain on the ship of your own life

You have to discover your higher self and make that self a reality on earth

Divide your life into 12 Categories

IN EACH CATEGORY, ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS

1 - [THE RESEARCH PHASE] - What are the underlying beliefs you have about this category?

2 - [THE DREAM PHASE] - What is your ideal vision this category?

3 - [THE INTROSPECTION PHASE] - Why do you want it? To figure out your motive ask yourself the question why five times and you will get your answer - if that answer is not satisfactory - ask yourself the question why yet another 5 times from the answer you got the first time you asked yourself why 5 times

4 - [THE ACTION PHASE] - What do you plan on doing to get it?

SO THE TWELVE CATEGORIES ARE

HEALTH AND FITNESS

- This category involves keeping your body and healthy and appearance and youth and its maximize best and empowering yourself to better deal with the health challenges that will come to your life

INTELLECTUAL

- This is about training your brain to accomplish more and learning new things and at the same time using the gifts and potentials God has bestowed on you in the most effective way possible both for yourself and others - make a list of things you want to learn and skills you want to develop and then focus on your methods for attaining those things - Also focus on mental areas you would like to improve on and set an action plan

EMOTIONAL

- Come up with coping mechanisms to deal with the daily stresses of life and turn those mechanisms into time allotment goals such as meditation or prayer or social activity with a friend you can vent to - also examine the emotional content of your life to see if there is some trauma or past hurt that is governing your thoughts and feelings - another motivational speaker came up with an idea called TEEB which is trapped emotions and energy blockages - when you unleash the pain through personal healing you can better adapt

CHARACTER

- Think of things in your personality you would like to improve and then look for ways you could get better in those areas of your life - a friend of mine was angry at his co worker so he tried to deal with his anger by buying his co worker a gift - I also know people who say they pray for those who hurt them cause it helps them forgive - others rationalize anger they have towards others by looking at the silver linen in the bad situation such as Joseph in the bible who forgave his brothers because he discovered that being second president of Egypt was worth all the suffering he endured being sold as a slave there - come up with positive ideas that can make you better - also try training your thoughts and attitudes with meditation and positive reinforcement

SPIRITUAL

- Discover your higher self and your method of attaining enlightenment and bonding with the higher powers of life - some might do an hour of meditation each day - some might keep a gratitude journal - some might pray - some might volunteer to help somebody else - some might watch videos on youtube by religious clergy whether Rabbis or Pastors or Imams and some might borrow books on enlightenment and faith from the library - Others might try to come up with their own philosophy on life or collect quotations from others

LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS

- Focus on the type of romance you desire in your lover and what type of lover you want and what things you are going to do to improve your relationship with your lover - for example - you could improve things at your home by learning new cooking recipes or by creating alone time with your husband or wife by planning a date night each week where you get a babysitter to watch your kids - you could also look for ways to improve your physical intimacy with your partner such as using the 5 love languages prior and during and after each session or trying to improve your fitness or allowing your partner to combine with you when you plan other things like events with the in laws or events with your business at home

PARENTING

- Focus on ways you can better manage your care giving activities as well as your influence in the home and ways you can address things that bother you like maintaining a sense of respect by your children - teaching them valuable moral lessons - encouraging them to be more transparent with you about their lives - building positive memories and affection for them and from them - doing things to help them improve their emotional and mental make up - accepting the shadow phenomenon that there are things about your children you will never learn or tell you and despite your love for them - there are times where they will want your space - address the harms you want to protect your children from and ways you can protect yourself from it - such as training them to report rape - telling them that sex leads to unwanted pregnancy etc...

SOCIAL

- Think of the types of friendships you have with others and the methods you can use to improve your people skills such as learning proper etiquette or codes of conduct in your social situation or learning more about the general culture of the people you encounter the most so you can better accommodate their interests in daily activity and interaction - also think about the ways you can establish healthy boundaries in your interactions with others

CAREER

- Think about the type of job you would like to have and what goals you plan on doing to achieve it and how you will present yourself to the world so as to garner a positive professional image of yourself and what social rules you are going to set for yourself and conflict resolutions goals you will apply in the work place as well as how you can prevent errors at work such as making a list of things each time to do or improving organizational categories when you compartmentalize your activities or removing unrealistic time allowance for each professional activity you plan by evaluating whether previous goals worked for you as well as thinking about the types of skills you want to develop and the social relationships you want to make at your job

FINANCIAL

Think of the areas in your life where spending is wasteful or excessive and look for ways to cut down on it - consider cheaper versions of your current lifestyle - consider ways to save on groceries and make a list of things you refuse to save on such as buying healthy food or supplements or health products regardless of their cost - as well as write a budgeting goal and a saving goal and seeing how you can negotiate those ideas with your partner - come up with an ideal plan and a safety plan in case your ideal plan does not work

QUALITY OF LIFE

Think of the things in your life that bring happiness such as having a clean room - having a quiet and comfortable place to live - having an inviting home - training your children to show signs of affection by kissing them and saying I love you - carrying yourself with an air of respect - dressing up even if nobody sees you other than family - owning a pet or indulging a hobby or doing some side activity for money - think of the things you do and the things you can do but don't and make a list of how those things make you feel - then consider whether you should increase or decrease activities in those areas

LIFE VISION

Think about your higher purpose and what you want to be known for and what causes matter to you the most and what you want your gravestone to say about you before you die and what type of higher vocation you want to serve and what you have to practically to make your higher self a reality - what harmonies or insights do you want for your life and what is your ultimate goal? Mother Teresa wanted to help the poor - Gandhi wanted respect for Indians - Jesus wanted honesty and humility and love - Oprah Winfrey wanted to influence people in ways that could improve their lives - What do you want your higher purpose to be? Have you figured out what yours is yet? How can you grow into this higher purpose?
