How I like to interpret the bible and share it with others

I try to avoid religious absolutism or deductive exclusiveness when I study the bible because I believe the bible is a tool and not an object of worship. Rather rather than saying “this is what the bible says and anybody who disagrees is wrong,” I say, “This is what I learned from studying the bible and what I personally get out of it. What do you get out of it when you study the bible?” I don’t believe correct theological understanding is necessary because not everyone has the literacy to study scripture and some can read but do not have time. I believe character and pursuing God saves people but know what salt or light symbolize or what prophecies in Daniel signify is unnecessary. The bible is a tool that helps you grow. It is not a litmus paper that tells you who to love and who to hate.

I would disagree with you on that because you are assuming that the Bible has not been tempered with. so in the end you based your opinion on other people agenda that has made it to the Bible
