A dream that God gave me about control and safety

A few years ago, God came to me in a dream and told me that if I take care of the things in my life that I have control over, that God will take care of the things in my life that I do not have control over, like God spontaneously healed my heart problems without medication, God boosted my intellectual abilities after a pastor taught me to meditate, God gave me a bunch of good ideas for my book after I tried on my own to come up with equally good ideas and failed and God gave my mother Alzheimer’s because she wanted to sabotage my life by pressuring my dad to leave me out of the Will, now her mind is so messed up, she sometimes forgets to eat breakfast or lunch.
