There are multiple systems of reward in God
1 - At the lowest level:
God rewards you according to your pain and suffering and heart break
2 - At a lower level:
God rewards you according to your labour and sacrifice
3 - At a low level
God rewards you according to your humility and pious self guilt
4 - At a stationary level
God rewards you according to your wisdom
5 - At a high level
God rewards you according to your obedience
6 - At a higher level
God rewards you according to your worship
7 - At the highest level
God rewards you according to your kindness and charity
8 - At the heavenly uncounted level
God rewards you according to your love

Hm, but I've been told that God loves everyone equally, and that you or I are no different, but his children in his eyes? Interesting take though, I suppose it could be possible to achieve different rewards depending on how you lived your life on Earth.
Where are you getting these ideas?

What about the parable of the hired staff which get the same pay as the labourers with had worked the complete day?
