What I learned from my pastor about life punishments

This is not my pastor, it’s a photo taken off the internet because my pastor is black and this photo is of a white guy, cause I don’t want my enemies to harass him for being my pastor if they find out who he is.

Anyway, today the pastor said, if you see one who is successful, you must assume they are extremely hard working, you cannot trivialize their sacrifice by saying they are successful due to luck and not out of hard work, if you trivialize the pain and sacrifice of a high status person in God’s kingdom, your punishment will be difficult beyond belief.

The other thing he said is you must not dishonour another person and that honour is not the same thing as worship and respect because God alone is worthy of worship and religious piety, the honour you offer a human being is an act of consideration and accommodation and inclusive and concomitant friendliness and social equality a token of generosity and social celebration, it is not an elitist hierarchal sacrifice where the weak destroy themselves on behalf of the strong.
