If the earth was flat, people would have been falling off it, it would be a YouTube trend by now and people would try to get as close as they can to the edge. The claim you make is if you can see the boat, then the earth is flat. It's not logical, for if the earth wasn't flat, then you wouldn't be able to see the boat. We can just go hire a telescope and watch heavenly bodies. From their trajectory we can see that they are spherical objects. If an atom is round, why would a big collection of atoms clumped together not be round? Makes no sense that the earth is flat.
No its not. In a state of zero gravity like in space particles will clump together because each atom has gravitational pull. Eventually over the course of millions of years large spherical heavenly bodies will come to be. These particles come from supernovi (exploding stars).

The fact that the earth is round is well established, three ways: 1 Satellite orbits wouldn't work in you're world model 2 Distances between two points on a sphere vs on a flat surface are different so the polar shortcut used by airplanes just wouldn't work 3 the fact that on sea the first point you see on an incoming mass is the top structure (instead of the front structure).

You misunderstand, I have used satellite imagery, and know the tech behind it. Yes their are some high altitude balloons, but when we are talking many thousands of miles up (geosynchronous equatorial orbit (GEO) is a circular orbit 35,786 kilometres (22,236 mi) above the Earth's equator and following the direction of the Earth's rotation.) and dealing with signal strength and noise ratio at those distances is a beast. Much easier to deal with high altitude balloons 18,000 to 37,000 metres (59,000 to 121,000 ft; 11 to 23 mi). which are easy to track and communicate with. But they don't stay in place unlike satellites. How do I know that the distances are correct? Due to signal strength and yes I've seen signal tests on the ground before launch, there is no reason to lie (why spend the money, and weight of a powerful transmitter just to throttle the signal to try and fool, who, and why?).

I told you signal strength of satellites is the best proof I can give. That and tracking of geosynchronous orbits of those satellites, distance of a given radio signal can easily be calculated and extremely difficult (if not impossible) to fake. as two separate receivers can triangulate the location of a given signal. That video was of a solar powered high altitude weather station. Yes it was connected to a balloon, they're used all of the time. There's a big difference between that and a space based communications package over 2000 miles up.

13,000 + satellites let's say that the majority are on a geosynchronous orbit thats' a circle (most satellites are circling the equate's) of roughly 1,500,000,000 miles in other words 1 sat for every 119,000 miles that's a lot of empty space, add into that that the rocks you are talking about are covering the entire surface not just a band of a few hundred miles and the odds become more in the favor of the sats rather then the rocks.
As for seeing it yourself you can buy and launch your own satellite for between about $50,000.00 US for a pico LEO sat to several hundred million for a full sized com sat. put your own package on and prove it to yourself. Again the best proof is simply doing the math on a transmitter triangulation.

Again no assumption, it can easily be worked out with basic trig. Take an antenna point it at the radio source, move a set distance away take the same antenna find the dame radio source and calculate the distance of the source. Simple radio triangulation the math is high school trig, even pre-trig. The antenna and receiver can both be made at home with a basic understanding of electronics and virtually impossible to fake.
