Well, believers says blessings to express their good vibes to you. It means that their heart has good feelings for you and they hope good luck for you.
on the other hand, the enemy use the malecdition with the intention of bringing bad luck to another, in this case, whoever curses is angry and has bad feelings in his heart.
In the religious sense, the blessing is a plea to God where someone is asked from the heart to help another person to have health, success and good luck.

The true blessing must be done with the heart and good altruistic feelings, an enemy can use the word blessing but in his heart he is hiding his bad feelings and worst intentions
