Good! I did the same for a dying squirrel next to my porch about 5 years ago. At first, I just thought it was playfully rolling around in the snow, then, I thought it was just stretching, but it never got up from the stretch so,, I went down to get a closer look and my being so close to it didn't scare it away so, I thought, maybe it's freezing in the snow. I got a couple plastic boxes (milk crates) and rags so I could pick it up and put it in one box and covered it with the other so it couldn't jump out and start running all over the house after I thawed it out and I brought it into the basement near the furnace hoping I could save it. But, it was already dying by the time I picked it up and I don't think the weather had anything to do with it.
๐๐i have pet fantail pigeons ๐ฆ Also have cat ๐๐do u know how careful i have to be? Because of my pet cat.. street cats were drowned to my house so I started to feed them too now my parking lot space is their spot and they hunt pigeons very often
Not my pet fantail pigeons because they live in a separate wing and have a grill so the cat can't reach them and I'm so scared to let them ๐๏ธ fly in open.. it been two years plus i didn't let them fly in open because I'm scared to lose them.. i feel bad for them
This all depends on your personal preference. Superstitions generally refer to beliefs that are not based on scientific evidence but are accepted by a particular community or culture. Some people hold firmly to such beliefs, while others reject them. The important thing is that your beliefs are meaningful to you and do not harm you. When determining your own beliefs, I always recommend approaching them with critical thinking and an open mind.

If a bird did that, I'd at least see if there was anything I could do to help it.

I tend to have respect for animals. Even if they pass away, as long as it's in my land, I burry them.
