I had a dream I was still living at my childhood home, we were very happy but my mom was keeping a pet bear, a very goofy bear but still a bear, which I was very scared of, and asked her to please send it into the zoo,
She wrote me loving letters every morning and told me that - please let the bear stay and she’d control that bear not to get out of the hand. (It was kind of symbolic because I am scared of bears.)
Then I had a dream my grandma went to China and she met my ex, and she told me - in truth, he was cheating, and the new girlfriend, he met her months before we even broke up, and that they got married few months after we broke up.
when I heard that I got upset and cried and then it changed into anger and I was breaking things in anger.
I woke up after that dream.
I don’t feel any negative feelings, I just feel like that dream allowed me release the negative feelings I still had - Fears, Sense of Betrayal, Anger and Heartbreak.
And it was kind of symbolic.
