It is not assured in Christianity either, of which I am. I have a choice, you do not, so I respect you for that. Americans have freedom which we take for granted all too often.
I chose Christianity over anything else I saw, as it makes sense to me. the problem is my failures hit me hard when I have an opportunity to reach a lost soul and that makes me feel like a failure and creates doubts for when that time comes. Thus my goal is to do God's work. The Bible, new testament does provide support to renew again... assurance of heaven. So we keep walking the faithful path, to do God's will... that is to bring others to Christ, to live in love as he did, in the moment, so that we can go to the place He has prepared of his spirit, which is based upon love, rather than this world of fear and shame and such.
And so it goes until I cross over and find out. I can only hope I get a "well done good and faithful servant". Sometimes, I don't feel that way.
My reading of science recently supports the claims Christ made and of heaven.
I wish you the best in your endeavors and hope you go to heaven. The only one I know of that I value, as supported in the texts, is via Christ. That can be done in the privacy of your own heart. Some people turn to Christ in their last moments.
I wish for you and you country and faith to be more accepting of others, not persecute Christians or others.

As an agnostic woman, I don't believe in a concept like heaven. But all my life I've tried to do good things and help people. That's enough for me..

Only God knows who is going to Heaven or Hell. It is sacrilegious to say for certain that you earned Heaven. Just because you are Muslim doesn't mean you are definitely going to Heaven. There will be many Muslims in Hell because of their deeds.
The Prophet said:
"Whoever bears witness that there is no god but Allah, alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, that ‘Isa (Jesus) is the slave and Messenger of Allah, and His word which He communicated to Maryam, and a spirit from Him; and that Paradise is true and Hell is true, Allah will certainly admit him into Paradise, regardless of the deeds which he has done."
As Musims, even though we might end up in heaven eventually if we stuck to righteousness to the best of our ability, AND if we gain God's mercy, we will still have to spend time in hell for all the major sins we may have done that did not get forgiven. We can pray for forgiveness and keep the faith in God's mercy but God does not owe us anything and God does not need anything from us. WE need God. Also, what about our evil deeds towards other humans or disobedient deeds towards our parents? God leaves a caveat. Those people have to forgive us first. We cannot take it for granted we will go straight to heaven.

( Ephesians 2:8-9) For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
You get it by faith in Christ, by asking Him into your heart as your Savior, and repenting of your sins.

Jesus said he had come not to change any rule of the previous prophets and their books. Mosaic law applies to Christians yet none of them folllow it.
The God that Christianity want to believe is so weak that he cannot forgive his own creation. It doesn't exist the way you describe it. If it did, what would you do - eat honey, bath in rivers of wine and eat fruit for all of eternity? You'd be bored as fuck. What kind of reward would that be? Besides, if you're existing as a spiritual being, you wouldn't need food as we know it. Therefore, this description of your heaven, or any heaven mentioning food, has to be allegorical at best.
@loveslongnails - If you read the book "Heaven", by Randy Alcorn, it tells all about Heaven - providing Bible verses to support it - What it will be like, what you will be doing there, what kind of bodies you will have - Not as a spirt, but with your old body, just glorified. Heaven is going to be far from boring. There is just no words to express what it will be like. God will be dwelling in the New Jerusalem on the New Earth and w with Him, forever. It was good reading and answered a lot of the questions I had - boredom being one of them too. 😇👼🏼

He's about the study of it, and what it really says in translation, and not anything at all to do with religious interpretation.
You're all about what you choose to believe, which is fine, but I don't have the time or energy to dispute or discuss specific Bible passages as proof of this or that, especially when I don't know the original text. The only thing you know is scribes (men) and the church (men) want you to see. I do not accept the notion that " it's in the Bible, therefore it has to be absolute truth". You seem to.
I just assumed that if someone was on this thread that they might be interested in what the main source of information - the Bible - says about it. I mean anyone can say anything, but without the source of the information, conjecture is pointless. But lets be honest. If it wasn't in the Bible no one would even know about Heaven, or Hell, or even want to know.

@loveslongnails In this world it is only the belief in an afterlife that keeps a lot of people going. I am not alone. Mostly all cultures that have been on Earth have believed in gods or a higher being. Now if we all are descended from Adam that would kind of make sense. If there is no God then where did everything and everyone come from? Science can't explain it, they can only guess. And what they believe 20 years ago changes every year. Fact is they know nothing. Even people who don't believe in God have morals or some sort. I conjecture that if all the people who believe in God didn't, our civilization would have destroyed itself by now.
@Daniela1982 I don't agree with you at all. There are millions of people who don't know where the origin of life stems from, and they don't "need" to call it God to explain it. No one can explain where the first molecule of the first element came from because no one can explain "nothingness".
On the same token, no one can explain where or why God came from either, even if you believe in God. There is NO explanation for that either. How was God created? No believer can even BEGIN to explain that, but they don't really question it either. If you're a believer, you just accept that God is and always was and that's all there is to it, let's take it from there. The Quran and the Bible have no similarities. The biggest difference between the Quran and the Bible is that the Bible was written by people, and the Quran is the words of God. The Bible has been changed many times, and the Quran has never been changed for 1500 years.
