I believe this is alluding to viewing women in a ‘I want to have sex with her’(and nothing else) is committing adultery in his very being. Like imagine you look at a bank and you imagine robbing it…. That would mean the very desire to do that is within your soul and is a sin for existing that way, so strive to be a better person beyond your innermost desires.

Do I believe in The Bible? No, not really though I won’t go “yes you must be bisexual or else you are a sinner” if it isn’t alluding to it at all, it seems its taken in a different way than what was intended.
