Christians who believe in the trinity, how can you believe in three Gods?

Simple trinity DOES NOT MEAN 3 gods. Same as a muslim would not trust a rabbi to explain "what islam is wrong about" what islam ideas, are wrong, same that non Christians can't be trusted to accurately say what the nicene creed is: "one god the father."

Just because a rabbi or kadi or sheik says "Christian believe in 3 gods," does not make it so, they are not Christian! So can't be expected to know.

So you ask Christians and they say here that they DON’T believe 3! But you argue... but Christians DON'T believe three as they DID write here, clearly someone LIED to you.

Simple. We don't believe in three gods. We believe in three Divine Persons in One God, those being the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, or "Holy Spirit", if you prefer. Most of us traddies prefer "Holy Ghost" because "Ghost" more accurately communicates personhood, but anyway...

All three Divine Persons are co-eternal, meaning there was never a time when they did not exist. They are also consubstantial, meaning that they were always in perfect unity with each other. They are distinct Persons, but they were never three separate beings who met one day and said "let's get this Trinity thing going here".

Now why are there three persons, you might ask? In St. John's first epistle, he writes towards the end that "God is love" (1 John 4.7-21, specifically 8 and 16). If God is love, then there has to be an object of his love, that being God the Son, Jesus Christ, who is eternally begotten by God the Father. The Holy Ghost, according to theologians like Augustine and Thomas Aquinas, is the seal, the bond of love between the Father and the Son. And because God the Father and God the Son are co-eternal, so then is the Holy Ghost.

And that is a very, very, very, VERY basic catechesis on the Holy Trinity.

You’re likely thinking too literally. I talk to myself all the time. About 3/4 of people do. I have sacrificed parts of myself for people i care about and i don’t even have kids. The idea that a deity could do similarly for beings that he or she refers to as their “children” isn’t far fetched. God didn’t “give birth” to Jesus. He miraculously permitted Mary to conceive him in a way that was meant to inspire unbelievers to consider his being and love for them.
They are interpreted as one aspirational entity, beyond our earthly comprehension, and, in my opinion, meant to compel people to consider themselves against the best possible interpretation of themselves.
It doesn’t matter if you think God created man in his image, or if you think man created god in his own likeness. The scripture is intended to inspire, and that is exactly what it does by and large. As with all things, deplorable people will utilize it to manipulate others for their own benefit. Mankind’s fallibility certainly does not dictate that all concepts are inherently evil. If you actually read the book, the scripture literally tells us that we are born askew and must spend our entire lives righting ourselves with divinity, other people and the world around us.
It’s utterly meaningless to those who doubt, quite deliberately.
