Girliess and boys, so me and this guy been dating about 1 year (last month was our 1 year anniversary)

Lately we start getting into fights like looot , sometimes its me okey we all do mistakes and shit happens but its okey i apologize it never was or will be probleme for me to admit my mistake and say that im wrong, whats really bother me is that even after i apology and show a real regret he won't stop nagging about the subject he keep just talking untill he actually says something hurtful

He is talktive in his nature i really love that about him but sometimes its just no, he crosses the line a create a problem even if its not something serieux anyways latelty he start geting mad on whatever like the last time we fought because he missed heared me! Yes! He said that cursed him while i didn't i was talking about someone else! But i tried to talk and make things cooler

I dont know i start feeling like he doesn't care if i got mad or probably i can forgive him easly (i dont keep nagging about it) i wanna put him in his place again ( im not being toxic) but being kind and understanding doesn't seem to be solution he is really nice guy but i can't really handle those stuff i feel like i have been really easy with him

My boyfriend and I only see each other on weekends because we live an hour apart and work through the week. We haven't been dating long, only three months, but I've noticed that he is quick to run me out of his house for other events he has going on. I get that he doesn't want to involve me with his family or introduce me yet, so I respect that when this is the case, but it also means I drive over to his place an hour, spend the night, and get kicked out in the am with hardly any time spent at all.

We have plans for me to go over this weekend, but once again, he has a family event, and I'm feeling insulted and cheated of my time and effort at the thought of going over for a short spurt of time only to be quickly asked to leave. I feel like he's penciling me into the very corners of his schedule, like I'm not a priority in the least. Not that I expect to be anywhere near his family in that sense, mind.

I'm considering asking for a rain check, but I began to wonder:

Is it better to be easily available and at his beck and call as I have been, putting in the 2 hour round-trip drive and then putting up with being asked to leave super early the morning after even after I gave the man a full-body massage the night before (ik, stupid detail, but effort is effort)? Or should I ask for this rain check and put some boundaries down because I feel that if we're going to see each other, he should put more effort into making quality time for me?

And should he be prioritizing me more at this point, or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?

I watch true crime where the ex lovers of these serial killers talk about how love made them do stupid things, these killers showed really early on they were trouble & these women continued to stay with them because they were so in love with these guys. 29F & being under the impression that I have an avoidant attachment style, over the years I’ve ended “friendships” when I grew tired of dealing with their behaviors that didn’t sit well with me. I have a habit of letting things build up & just eventually ice them out vs confronting them early on. Not to mention, when guys showed earlier on during the talking stages that they may have ways about them that don’t sit well with me, I’ll end it from going any further. Someone I saw very briefly in my early twenties previously dated a girl that was probably bipolar & put him through shit, I would make comments like how I couldn’t believe he still stayed with her through all of that. And he pretty much implied I can’t understand why he did that because I’ve never been in love. I hate being spoken down to, condescension results in me dipping out asap. Again, I pump the brakes in any kind of interpersonal relationship. Am I naive in assuming I’m this way because I just have a strong personality? Or is it because I haven’t met the person that has me so enamored & it results in me being strung along? Thoughts? Similar experiences?
