As you may know many cultures have attached importance to astronomical events. The Indians, Chinese, and Mayans developed elaborate systems for predicting terrestrial events from celestial observations. Astrology most often consists of a system of horoscopes purporting to explain aspects of a person's personality and predict future events in their life based on the positions of the sun, moon, and other celestial objects at the time of their birth. The 12 signs of the Zodiac can be divided into both masculine and feminine, positive and negative, or, active and passive. I've seen a couple of times questions on GAG regarding astrological signs and compatibility...Well some people believe while others don't (my zodiac sign is Cancer♋️ )...So let's have a look at those different star signs:

A lot of people think zodiac signs are bullshit, but there's no denying the accuracy of the personality descriptions. Though, I don't believe in horoscopes. You know, when they try to use you sign to predict the day, week, month or year ahead.
You should read Linda Goodman's sunsigns. She's amazing. It's a very old book. The one I have, the pages are yellow and it's all taped together haha. But you can find it on the internet just fine.

@KeeperofMee I agree. Hence, why I don't put much thought into the zodiac descriptions of anyone else but Linda Goodman. I used to be a skeptic, too! But it's all so unique. Give it a read. I assure you you'll be a little more open minded, to it.
Though, like I said in my opinion, I don't buy into the predictions. That's always lies lol

I'm an Aries. A lot of what is said about my sign is true for me, but not all of it. The reason people don't believe in astrology is more likely to be that they don't understand the complexity of it. There's more to a person than just their sign. Birth charts help to narrow down the personality of an individual. The alignment of the planets at birth and explaining about sun signs, moon signs, etc, shed more insight about that person. I'm sure you know all of this, but not everyone reading it will know. I figured I could throw a little bit more out there. If it interests any of you readers, research it thoroughly.

I love the science behind Astrology, and the ways it can be employed to profile personality when used properly, But I am perplexed at the fact that I break the science. I was born under the Capricorn/Sagittarius cusp with my Mars and Venus both in Aquarius, but my personality is 100% Gemini! I like to use Astrology in conjunction with Numerology, it increases the accuracy of readings.

The only thing I am confused on is the gemstone. All my life I was told that Sapphire was my birthstone?

I love the zodisc, its so interesting. I'm a Gemini :) there's so much more to it than just the sun sign though, if you look at your birth chart we also have a moon sign. Plus all these houses where the planet's fall into at your time of birth. It's really complex haha

I'm a Virgo and so is my partner. His birthday is the day before mine. It fits us both fairly well even though we are quite opposite.
I do like zodiac signs but I don't live my life by them. Occasionally I will look at them out of curiousity. For instance they say two virgos are either very good or very wrong with each other.

Actually leos stone is emerald :P they have changed things... but before it was emerald, i don't understand why they keep changing horoscopes? but if you were born before they changed the dates of horoscopes, which i think was in 2009, then it doesn't apply to you... but i hate that even the stones keep being changed, to me a Leo sign is still emerald because i'm a Leo and Ruby makes senses because emerald represents wealth, power and strengh, so i'll stick to emerald.

id definitely say i'm a true Leo, i have the creativity, natural charm and a little charisma i guess but not enough to make an impact on people in general, i can sing and a pretty decent actor lol i done drama in college and it was fun, i like to show off my creativity to the right people and i like to be the center of attention when i do show it off lol but only with a small amount of people, 1 or 2, i'm the cub leo i guess, my main has not get grown full size yet lol., i'm pretty spontanious and adventerious too even if i don't get out much, but i never like anything to be the same, i like doing something new very often, i like to do something different twice a week or just go out and do something, although people aren't that avaliavble to do something so often, but leos love to.

You know that due to the movement of stars over the years, the dates listed are no longer accurate? For example, by your chart I'd be a Capricorn but on the day I was born the sun was in the constellation of Sagittarius, making me a Sagittarius, (not that it really matters as astrology is as bad a pseudoscience as there is, but still).
