What Girls & Guys Said

With the fact that at least 2 times more pressure is being put on guys to be sex gods, plus the fact that guys are now more pressured than ever to worship fat and unhealthy girls, this take is invalid.
See, this is my point exactly! There is no pressure for you to like a "fat" and "unhealthy" girls. The fact that you would call a girl fat is further proving my point. How hard is it to just embrace a woman for who she is, Plus sized or not? Why draw attention to someone's weight/figure? You're not inclined to be attracted to a curvier girl but you don't have to call them out. There are many men out there that do enjoy a fuller figured woman and that's because the just do naturally- not forced. I'm sure any larger sized woman wouldn't want anyone to like them because they feel forced.
As for the fact that "at least 2 times more pressure is being put on guys to be sex gods" what on earth has that statement have anything to do with the my take? Sure you may feel that pressure but the fact is you shouldn't at a young age. The my take said "even young guys" if older men are feeling that pressure and are with someone who feels more adventurous then them then I would suggest they find
Another partner that they are compatible with on an emotional and sexual level.
The my take was not aimed at adults which in my country you are considered and adult (18+) it was aimed towards the younger generation. If you were to pick up a teen magazine here there are sections where girls can write in and get an answer from a doctor or councillor. There are 12 year olds asking questions about sex or worried that boys dont5like them or think that they are too "fat" to be seen as attractive. I'm sure there are many young men the same age feeling those same issues and its not right. At their age those things should not be a concern.
Hey women are a cause of men's insecurities you know you don't hear men laughing at women's breast size but women often will and try to publicly hurt men. so girls and women really aren't someone I want to hear this from and sympathize with.
I realise I did come across as gender biased but really wasn't trying to be. I guess because growing up reading magazines I never saw 12 year old guys asking questions about sex or their penis size or body type. I sympathize with you.
That's why people need to not care about social media's or anything talking about that kind of stuff as a kid. Even in this day and age it is easy to avoid majority of the stuff said on them.
Hmm. It's a natural result of the sexual revolution and the feminist movement, really.
And besides. Diamonds are formed under pressure!
Regardless of who else is a contributor to the ever growing pressure put on young people it doesn't hurt to go against the grain and tell others that it is ok to just be who you are, not to give into pressure and stand up for your future self by making the right decisions.
Flip side is, obesity is at all time highs in the USA. So apparently that sex appeal pressure is not too heavy.
It has nothing to do with either of those things, really. It's the same old capitalist commodification and exploitation. That's what it is.
Hey, Islam allows 9 year old girls to have sex with much older men,,,,
And? What that makes it OK then does it?
Just providing a different point of view.
It's a good thing this hasn't been a problem since the dawn of society. Otherwise that would make this a pointless rant.
OK so what? Because it is an old issue it shouldn't be talked about and people shouldn't make the effort to be a good role model to the younger generation? So sorry If I bored you.
It's precisely because it's an old issue that perhaps we should cross examine the same regurgitated message and try a new approach. Because somehow this didn't work 100, 50, 20, 10 or 1 year ago. Maybe, just maybe, it doesn't work this way.
Honestly I see more pressure from other girls than guys.
I agree. I went to an all girls high school before moving to co-ed. I found the pressure to be popular and what society considers to be "perfect" was mainly coming from other females. Girls can be so cruel to each other. It was amazing how if you were a virgin no one looked at you twice, you had sex and people were around you a lot talking to you asking questions- 1 week later you become an outcast and labeled as a slut.
Who cares. If it bothers them then they need to touphen the hell up. God, this isint even a problem.
No actually we want nothing to do with you... slowly but surely men are waking up to their oppression and 2nd class status...
Just stay the fuck away.
But as long as women, and men, keep watching the TV (the idiot box) and don't think for themselves, the more brainwashed and stupid they will become. They only have themselves to blame.
It is the parent's job to make sure they become secured and confident people...
Wonderful post, I agree with you completely. ❤️
pressure on men, too.

I agree, the take comes across as gender biased but I really wasn't trying to be.
