Finally fuck. Its like everyone fucking praises gays
I don't think anyone is praising gays. I'm straight, and white, and old, and every time I see two guys kissing, inside I'm going, , "ick!" It's just that what's right is right.
If you're in a business of any type, and you use PUBLIC services to protect your business (police, fire department) and you receive PUBLIC money to do a job (judges, municipal clerks, etc. THEN you should see ALL the public, not just the people you like.
But don't you know anyone who's gay that you <3?

What i mean is, when someone states their opinion on gays and its not necessarily good, people dislike you for it. In high school, i said i didn't like gay people (bc i was raised its not natural) and i literally lost all my friends. It was stupid. I had to find new people to hang with. Everyones always defending them. I work with a gay guy, if you use any LGBT term he will hunt your ass to find out what you said. Chill you're not that relevant. I hate the stupid shit they do here in san francisco. Their fucking parades where theyre basically naked. Are you gay or looking for attention. To very different things. I don't know im just really disgusted. Yeah im a homophobe, so what. Its how i feel. Also, i dont walk around talking bad about gays but when they rub in my face what they are, its annoying. @Pinkberrie I don't think there's any reason to insult lgbt. This is why I like Questionman's idea in his commenst. Then businesses can support who they want. I also agree that should mainly be private businesses and not public ones.

It's only in Mississippi. Who cares, there's nothing good there anyways so just move out of there and into a state that matters.
Unfortunately it's also North Carolina, and other States are watching to see if they can get away with it too.
Another state I could care less about. Even if they can get away it's not like those places will get much business. You can't grow a business by shunning customers. Locals who disapprove will boycott those businesses. It's a redundant issue, people are getting upset over the principle of the matter instead of just looking at the real picture.
Principals are sometimes the most important thing. Evil people don't go STRAIGHT to gassing people in prison camps. They start off writing laws against them. Then harassing them. Then putting them in ghettos THEN they start the murders.
Nobody's writing laws against anybody though. This is just a law that says you can refuse someone service if you are a private business. I mean people already do that and have done so for a while, this just sets that right in stone. It's a law that increases freedom, not decreases it. Why would someone want to eat at a place where they're not welcome anyways?
Remember Chic Filet? Everyone was calling to boycott it when the owner said he disapproves of gays. Take that same attitude and apply it towards whatever private businesses want to refuse gays now.
The fact is eating at a restaurant that is privately owned is not your right. Nobody is entitled to eating at a restaurant. It's a privilege granted by the owner. Of course the owner wants your money, which is why 9 times out of 10 he will not refuse you just because you're gay. Especially because you're gay, and the owner wants no drama or boycotts or anything that would hurt business.
north carolina is 1 of the wealthiest states. not per capita, but it's top 10 in gdp...
Sounds a bit like Apartheid. Next is that all the gay people have to register and use different entrances or busses or need to wear a sign on their arm which marks that they are gay

The law will not change anything. Business owners already have the right to refuse service to everyone. This just protects that.
Private firms/companies should be able to refuse whatever customer they want.
Public services should not.

Down south people can jump on I-75 or I-95 and be in a large town in 30 minutes, the same town they get a lot of other items that aren't available in their small rural area...

I could understand your perspective. You mean that since lgbt people are asking for freedoms, then everyone else should have the chance to ask for their version to be acknowledged too? A guy on here came up with the idea that a bill should've been passed where business owners just have the freedom to decide whatever they want, instead of just singling out the lgbt. And I agree. A more open bill like that would help everyone. Maybe an lgbt themed shop or club only wants lgbt people there, for example. Letting bushinesses choose their clients doesn't have to discriminate I guess.
