Okey this is a question and issue i have mainly for you feminists out there (but anyones opinion is welcome).
Personally i believe in equal opportunity between the genders and that women and men should both be treated well and respected etc. But i dont see how that nessecarily means that men and women are equal in terms of ability or what they are capable of, what they can contribute to society with etc.
I have seen and read so much evidence that points in the direction of men being superior in those terms compared to women, that i dont see why there is a need to fight against this biological reality.
Women dont really need to worry, because the great "equalizer" is that women provide society with children, and because of that they will always have inherent value to society regardless if a woman as an individual happens to be incapable of anything else. Men need to prove their value since we are more disposable for this same reason, the fact that a single man could potentially reproduce with all women in society. So for this reason women will always be catered too as well despite being inferior in other capabilities compared to men. Until artificial wombs are invented, that might change things a bit.
But basically this is how i see it. Men are stronger, faster, more durable, more independent, more logical, more intelligent etc on average compared to women, all the empirical evidence supports this. We essentially evolved to become better than women because we needed to be in order ensure reproduction and get offspring with a woman, while a woman without any capability or talents at all could manage to reproduce simply because she has inherent value from being able to become pregnant. So the men who are alive today are descended from the the men who managed to prove their worth and reproduce while the women today are descended from women of all levels of capability. In fact most men who ever lived didn't have any descendants at all.
A feminist society that isn't satisfied with "equal opportuniy" but also demands "equality of outcomes" (ie feminists will wrongfully believe that there is still discrimination present as long as women are not performing as well as men in all fields) A society like that essentially needs to discriminate against men to lower their capability down to womens standards, for things to be "equal" in terms of outcomes.
Modern western society is a perfect example of that, and we can observe the problem in that far less children are born, and marriage is becoming obsolete and men are becoming less productive because of this. They dont have the same motivation to work hard to start a family as they used to, as there is no longer the same incentive as there used to be before feminism. And society will collapse without productive men, as there will be more and more people spending and consuming, and taking loans and welfare, while there will be far less people producing wealth. And statistics show that men have always been the main producers of society while women are the main consumers.
This will become a problem, and eventually when this model collapses we will revert back to patriarchy. So im not asking for solutions since i already know, However i would really like to ask how some people really convince themselves that the genders are truly equal?

I believe women's intelligence tends to cluster around a mean whereas mens is spread out to either extreme. So this means that a genius is more likely to be male but so is someone with a learning difficulty. Overall it averages out to around the same for both genders.
this is actually what reasearchers have found, but women have a higher IQ on average, men have higher spikes on high and low side but a lower average.
This is actually incorrect. While there are definitely more geniuses who are men compared to women, the mean iq of men is actually around 5 points higher on average.
