Fat shaming is wrong because it typically isn't effective and it hurts people more than anything. Fat acceptance is wrong because it basically promotes something unhealthy (although there are people with conditions but let's exclude them from this). Promoting a healthy lifestyle and having fat loss be a product of the lifestyle if probably the best idea.
